Good Saturday Morning to everyone!
I am a bit behind on this cold snowy morning - my son was heading up north for work this morning so we had to have some chit chat time before he left he he :) Even if he is 19 years old, he still likes to talk to his mama LOL :) Ahw!
soooooooooooooooo what did I do this morning - well firstly I have to say that I had so much fun!
Then again when do I not have fun with making a card lol :)
I started with Gretchen's sketch
ouh I just love this sketch - I have the perfect stamp set to go with it.
As I was thinking about the stamp set & I was reminded of the pink challenge that the girls over at Pals Paper Arts had going on.................
In the Pink - PPA14
Welcome to a special edition of the Pals Paper Arts Challenge! This week we are "In the Pink" for Breast Cancer Awareness...
So this is what I worked with - both of these challenges
Then the fabulous pink colours!
used Melon Mambo - Pretty in Pink, Textured black and Shimmery white (one of my favorite card stock that Stampin Up has to offer)
with my nice Chic Boutique Stamp I am ready to rock and roll LOL :)
ouh la la but I have show you this adorable picture of my Max having a little cuddle with his little gorilla - ahw he is sooooooooooooo CUTE :)
aint he the sweetest little doggy?
okay back to my card - I stamped the tower with Black craft ink and them embossed it
then I cut it out
things are going well on this Saturday morning whow
This is pretty don't you think??
A little scalloped punch action .............. I know I used this punch WAY to much..............
I sorry for that - I just love it - especially on a girly card like this!
This is not really what I had invisioned - yha - not so much! he he let me do some thinking LOL
oouh.............Are you wondering, What is he world is Carole'Anne taking a photo of the left over circles punched out of the scallop punch .???? Crazy me - had an idea! Yha really - ME?? LOL
so it consist of my stylus, some Crystal Effects (what would I do if Stampin Up did have this?? LOL) and the little left over circles
I made the cutest little pearls - you see we don't really have pearls or brads for the IN COLOUR that Stampin Up offers every year, so you got to come up with your own - I punched some Melon Mambo cirles from my Scallop punch and adhered them with the Crystal Effects. Then did another dab of Crystal effects on top! and voila we have a pretty little pearl - aint it cool???
here we go my card! - I Put those little circle in the tower - and around it as well!
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
I have a close up photos for you to see it better, Oh Yha I put glue dots (mini) on the back of the tower just to raise it up a bit!
can you see what I did a bit better with this photo?
ouh yes and the saying I also embossed it and I used the "Peace Within" stamp set - of course Stampin Up stamp set LOL :)
well that is it for today ladies. Tomorrow I will do the Stamping 411 sketch - it looks like a fun one!
oh yes and don't forget every time you leave a comment you get entered for that fabulous blog candy.
Have super duper Saturday, I know I will I get to teach a class today which is always so much fun!
ouh I also wanted to mention............ If you happen to have any suggestions to make my blog better, won't you please let me kow?? I would just love to hear any ideas, to make this blog just that much better. Thanks a million!
Thank you all! Until tomorrow

That turned out so pretty. You puppy reminds me of when I was little and my parents raised pure bred puddles. I sure miss those times.

You are one very creative and artistic person! Thanks for sharing so many of your ideas with us! I already used your idea of coloring brads using the SU In Color inks... and now this idea for pearls. I can hardly wait to try that one! I have a card exchange coming up next week. The girls will love this idea... and I will certainly pass on your blog site to them all.
Blessings
