Hello everyone!
Hope y'all had a great weekend!
I sure did! I cleaned out more parts of my craft room and I also built a new cabinet for my Craft
Room!
so you know how you are used to seing my hands with stamps he he
well my hands had a screwdriver in them yesterday morning @ 3:00am!
and there it is my new cabinet
okay so lets see what I created
I used to challenges into one - on this one
I used The LNS Challenge
Inspiration Challenge
You can find inspiration in all different places. We've taken our inspiration from the beautiful designer cakes so popular right now! We see polka dots, stripes, ribbon, flowers, diamonds and initials in spring colors of pale yellow, pink, rose and white...what do you see? Remember there is no right or wrong to an inspiration challenge--is is what the picture inspires in YOU! Looking to have over 100 samples this week again! Come on and play along. Remember to use 100% current Stampin Up! You have until January 25 to upload your samples to the Member folder to be in on the vote for homepage!
Here is your inspiration photo.

oh and the Card Pattern sketch
Soooooooooooooooo What did I do...............??????????????
well I tell you that I tried alot of things he he :)
My colours are Melon mambo, pretty in pink, so saffron and very vanilla
so after alot of trial and errors I ended using Bridesmaid DSP
If you are interested in know how I did it I could do a tutorial just let me know okay??
so I am liking this the image I stamped came from the new stamp set called
Abundant Hope and I used the Whimsical words for the greeting
It's coming along nicely
so now for buttons and or tab that I have to add
okay but I do not like the pink on the tabs and I think the bow is too much
decided to do a coloured ribbon with So Saffron
and there we go I decided to go with little buttons which I think is just a bit softer
what do you think??
This is an upclose photo of my background the ribbon
that is it for today my blogging friends
don't forget about the fabulous Blog Candy
you could in one the new Clear Mount Stamp Set!
So please leave me a comment and you could be the lucky winner
thank you for stopping in today I really do appreciate it and wish you a
great Monday
embossed hug from me
Carole'Anne M. Sluchinski
to you!

Funny, your Stamp Room is almost the same color as mine. Mines a shade or two lighter.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. Love your card, it is really spring like with the soft colors. The buttons are so cute and ribbon really finishes it off.
Again, good job. Like your new cabinet, neat. Love mom

Beautiful card Carole Anne. I appreciate that you showed how your ideas came together with the different products (what worked and what didn't). The cake and your card are equally delicious! Cheryl LeBeau

Another beautiful creation, Carole Anne! I don't know how you do it, but I love that you show everything you do while creating a card. I know it must take alot more time to document and explain everything to all of us, but I for one, truly appreciate it!! I would love a tutorial on the DSP. I love the colors you used...so Springy!! I think you deserve a BIG hug

I love your card. . . Love the color combination and buttons and bows are always fun to add to a lovely sentiment. Yes, I would love a tutorial with the techique as a focal point.

Very feminine card. I like the little buttons better than the corduroy brads. You do such nice work.

Another gorgeous card Carol'Anne! And your new cabinet looks wonderful but.....3:00 a.m.??????? Good heavens!*L* I too want to thank you for all the time you take to show us all your steps in designing your wonderful cards. I especially like the fact that you include the steps that you don't keep in the final design. Great job!!! :D

I agree having the same colour ribbon balanced this beautiful card. The bottom button again you are right do soften it. It is just very pretty.
