okay so after the flower challenge and went with the

really bright colours uh?
I used the standard card size of 5 1/2'' x 4 1/4''
the first matt is 5 1/4'' x 4''
my second matt which is white here is :
5'' x 3 3/4''
some Big Shot Action he he :-)
honestly one of my favorite Stampin Up Toys EVER!!!
perfect
I am doing good so far he he :-)
I coloured a cordoroy buttong to match the Tempting turquoise
don't you just love my fingers too LOL??
I used my super adorable new heart punch
I really like the design of these punches that Stampin Up has new released!
sorry I was so caught up doing my card that I left out taking photos of me putting the brads in the pretty crochet flowers oops
but he he you can see I did that and added a real red satin ribbon
looking good uh?
time is good as well................
right now that is he he
it's matted will still have to put on my card base
now for some leaves
fold a piece of cardstock - I used the Gable Green
then at an angle punch with your oval punch to create your leaf
nice! If time permitted I would of edge the leaf - buuuuuut yha know
it's a 10 min card (well sort of he he )
I am at 9 min and still have a greeting to do and to adhere the leaves
yha well I am thinking that Madame Vilaine may win this one ghurh
I stamped the greeting from the Vintage Labels stamp set
I used the Tempting Turquoise
I used the oval punches
I punched a red piece and a white piece
I used the mini glue dots on the leaves
want to see the Madame Vilaine!
well well well
Madame Vilaine you win!
But I think I did pretty good, cause you know how hard this is for ME ??? LOL

I love the nice bright colors. Definitely a pick-me-up along with the start of spring. Madame Vilaine is looking quite attractive for Mr. Nasty. I have to hop over to Sandi's blog to see how he fared in the 10 min. challenge.

This is such a cute card, I really like it as it's plain, but so pretty with the flowers and the bumps on the white card stock. Love it, love mom

What a summer-y card Carole'Anne! I love the colors with the white polka dot embossing! It really makes the colors so vivid! It's so awesome to see a 10 minute card done! I always feel like I need to do a stamped image and forget about using my punches with a sentiment...I'm going to remember this card when I'm in a pinch! Hope you have a blessed weekend with plenty of sunshine!

I added my link to the card that I did, however it doesn't fit the flower challenge, though the layout is very similar. Hope that is alright. I love the crochet flowers you used.
Thanks!

Well, I must say that Madame Vilaine, although probably not intentional on your part, looks like a cleaning woman today with her fancy ribbon! Perhaps that's why she won today - she cleaned 'your' clock! :-) I love these crocheted flowers. The corduroy buttons are just the right touch. Have a great weekend, Carole'Anne.

Two days in a row I am first to comment. I love the little crocheted flowers and the brad you added to them. Everything looks so pretty and crisp. It is a great celebration of the last day of winter. Tomorrow is the first day of spring and you definitely need flowers to commemerate the passing of seasons. The purple tulip and Hyacinth plants I bought the other day are sitting on my buffet. They are just starting to open. I am so excited winter is finished. I have also seen a lot of daffodils that are opening up around town. Have a wonderful Friday and we made it through another week.
