Good morning to y'all
I love saying that............... I hope some day soon I will meet all my southern friends and get to hear their fabulous Southern Accents..............
so today is not going to be a mile long!
aren't you all happy????
Not too much rambling on LOL
I watched a movie late last night (11:15pm)....... that is late for me!
Then I didn't get up at 2:41am ghurhrrrrr............. I slept till 3:25am I hate that!!!!
sooooooo I am behind the eight ball this morning
I used the Stamping 411 Sketch............ I won't say this morning
cause I actually started this card on Sunday LOL
So I actually didn't start with
this sketch I added
in along the way -
this week!
lol
Cause you know I like to change my mind
yha yha I know we are talking me after all he he :)
and the stamp set
then I decided to go with black instead of Chocolate chip
okay so these are the colours I decided on
Black
Creamy Caramel
Ruby Red
& Very Vanilla
I stamped some hearts - sorry I left out taking a photo
blonde moment LOL
now I am just playing around with some pretty little hearts
so I decided to cut around the heart (the center on)
and then punched another one
to matt in
I discover that if you start with a 2'' SQUARE
all you have to do is use the corner punch to make this PERFECT square!
how cool is that????
now I didn't like it on the square loook
so I decided to go with the
a diamond look instead
this is perfect cause it's black and vanilla
I wanted to layer this.........
but I didn't like the look
sooooooooooo I decided to masked around the edge and used my dabbers
I dabbed some ruby red and look how cool that looks
don't you love my sticky notes???
Thank you Tammy - you are the best, girlfriend
now that is so soft and pretty uh?
I am done my card and I think it's kinda Vintage??
What do you think my blogging friends
some up close photos ofcourse he he :)
well there we have it for a coooooold Thursday Morning!
Hope you liked my Vintage Valentines day card
Thank you so much for all your wonderful comments
It truly does mean a lot to me!
See you tomorrow with our 10 min card challenge
I will be announcing TWO winners
cause I messed up last week - I am dork some days LOL
so make sure you come back tomorrow and see if you won the 10 min challenge!
talking about winners
the blog candy will be drawn on Sunday -
who's gonna win this time around????
wishing you all super Terrifik Thursday
Embossed hug from me
Carole'Anne M. Sluchinski

Loving this color combo and the way you layered the border-punched card stock. The wide ribbon just totally finishes this card off! TFS

Great job again, I'm impressed on how you used the wide ribbon on this card, as I have some, but thought it too wide for the top of a card. Great idea, it all looks just beautiful.
Sorry this is late, my internet has been down.
Love you, mom

Your layout is beautiful! You made another "favorite." How big is the finished card? Thanks for the tip on using the corner punch. That punch and the straight one are on my wish list.
