Stampin Up Welcome Christmas along with a NEW RIBBON Wreath!
good day y'all!
so today is our 10 min Stampaholic Colour Challenge
it was my week to come up with a colour challenge!
so here is what I did!
here is our colour challenge for today
I chose to go with Wild Wasabi for my extra colour
okay I have to tell you that it's taken me 3 1/2 hour to finish this card
he he
well a CARD anyways - here's what happened - my card once I actually decided it took me 18 min
my original thougth was to go with this stamp set
Welcome Christmas
this is just not going to work I am going to try something different
and then I found the jackpot
this lovely lady on Splitcoast had an amazing ribbon wreath posted
click here to get to the video on how I did it!
so I went in that direction
mind you I did lot's of mind changing along the way so more time chewed up!
look at the time now
okay so now I have tried alot of different types of ribbons
then I thought okay let's go with this ribbon
now I coloured this one with Poppy Parade
this is what I ended up with in 8 min 2 seconds
now I used another ribbon and used my marker "Wild Wasabi"
this is going to be for my bow
I will attach to my wreath
I just have to show you my mess
I have to clean this up before I can mount this wreath
holly cow
now onto the stamp set that I actually was going to use LOL
I used my stampin write markers AGAIN
looks great
I am out of time so I am going to start my timer again
I want to cut this out
I have cut out and put brads in
I also used my big shot and gave my white cardstock some texture
then I rounded the corners
ouh and pretty little pearls
I know a far cry from 10 min
but yha I know I am working hard at make simple cards
well as you can tell
3 1/2 hours hard LOL
good golly what a goof I am he he
so here is my card
hope you like it!
here is my first crack at making a ribbon wreath card
my reath upclose with the pearls and the ribbon
and my greeting up close

Cool card but I love how you showed how you colored the ribbon. I had done coloring the whole thing but never thought of just doing the center. It looks awesome and not too hard to do. Thanks so much for sharing!
